"I´m 50 yrs old and married to Dave Sanders (Radiologist) and we have 2 daughters Millie (14 yrs) and Vicki (10 yrs).

My education is: Food Technology (Marketing), and in the everyday a work as a marketing manager at Quarto (part time). A company which is specialist in payment systems for catering.

Additional position: Course Director KNHS, TC KNHS (member)

Hobbies: horses (of course), if I have time I ride twice a week, playing golf, not very           well, cooking, family holidays (skiing)."

"I did my first course when I was 18 yrs old. I was injured (knee) and my trainer advised me to do to a judges course.

-          1999, FEI 3*

-          2003, FEI 4*

-          2003, FEI YH

-          2014, FEI 5*

-          Dutch Team manager in 2007-2008 (no judging)"

Hvad er dine ambitioner som dommer?

"I just want to be a good judge!"

"According to my family I´m judging too much. For now my 2015 calendar has been with: 17 International shows, including European Championships for Ponies and European Championships for Juniors and Young Riders. 5 national championships  for YH (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia and the Netherlands), and several shows in the Netherlands (every level, including Dutch Championships, so I´ve been quite busy ;-).

I also do some education for the Dutch Federation, among other Freestyle to Music course for (new) Small Tour Judges in the Netherlands."

"There has been and is a lot of developments during the years. The horses are better and the level is higher, even when you compare to the level of the Olympic Games 2008!!

The sport has become more global. Everything is visible (internet and social media). For the judging part there has been a lot too: Stickland statistics, more courses and better FEI education, but still a long way to go to optimize every part for the sport."

"I´m really looking forward to Odense, the last 2 years the level was very high, of course I missed Verden (I was in Malmø judging European Championships for ponies), so I will definitely do ‘The After Party’ in Odense. Judging good horses is never boring!

I hope to I arrive in time. This year the judging starts at 13.00 and I arrive in CPH at 11.00 - looking forward to some exciting days in Odense with good riding and top horses."
