NRW elite collection with 49 dressage horses
From H2R point of view the general qualities from the collection does not quite give you the top elite feeling when watching the videos, but as usual you have the great extra opportunity to follow the presentation Monday 18th September at 18:00 via Clipmyhorse.
H2R favorites from the collection
01 - Escolar seems to bring something very interesting in the right combination. This mare is showing super supple natural gaits, with a lovely round supple huge canter and superb walk.
09 - extremly expressive and light footed trot, some tensions for canter and walk, but for sure an interesting mare.
48 - Interesting power mare with lots of expression for the trot, bit tense canter and bit limited walk where you could wish for more relaxation through the body.

Hof Sosath invites for clinic with Germany´s national coach Monica Theodorescu tomorrow
On Monday, the 11th of September, the successful dressage trainer Monica Theodorescu will give a clinic. She will instruct three completely different pairs in our indoor arena. The horses are from young horses level to S-level and the trainer will emphasise on the correct riding of the lesson. The goal is to give the riders but also the viewers useful tips for their problems.
The event is part of the series “The Old Masters” initiated by Frank Henning, that attracts thousands of visitors worldwide.
Monica Theodorescu's successes as trainer and rider are numerous: team gold at the Olympics as rider, Olympic champion, World and European Champion, first of the world ranking and World Cup Winner of the dressage as trainer.
"Foodtrucks" will provide the right snacks. The entrance is free. An application is necessary with the link below.

Franklin filly most expensive at yesterdays foal auction at Maren-Kessel (NED)
Top price for Franklin / Uphill filly sold for 12.000 euros at yesterday´s auction at Maren-Kessel.
2nd most expensive became a colt by Hennesey / Rhodium - sold for 10.000 euros.

2nd last Nürnberger Burg-Pokal qualifier next weekend at Donaueschingen
Still two tickets available for the final in Frankfurt
2nd last qualifier for the Nürnberger Burg-Pokal is next weekend at Donaueschingen. Last posibility to qualify will be at Nürnberg from 31st October - 5th November. The final is in Frankfurt 14th - 17th December.
Isabell Werth will be at start with another Belissimo M daugther, 8 yr old Bella Riva with Rubinstein as damsire.
Small CDI4 field where Isabell Werth and Don Johnson looks like the clear favorites.

Næste weekend i Aalborg er de sidste championatskvalifikationer, inden finalerne afholdes på Blue Hors fra 12. til 15. oktober.
Dommer teamet er endnu ikke offentliggjort for finalestævnet, men det ville helt sikkert være et drømmesenarie hvis en kapacitet som tyske Christoph Hess ville indgå, ligesom hans efterfølgende kommentarer, som vi kender det fra bla. UVM, er med til både at underbygge og skabe endnu bedre forståelse for bedømmelserne.
92 ungheste i fire årgange klar til finalestævnet
Fra kvalifikationerne udtages de 40 bedste 4-års, de 20 bedste 5-års, de 20 bedste 6-års og de 12 bedste 7-års heste til finalestævnet.
62 ungheste til de endelige finaler
Ved finalestævnet afvikles en kvalifikationsklasse og selve finalen. Startberettiget i den endelige finale for 4-års heste er de 22 bedst placerede i finalestævnets kvalifikationsklasse. Startberettiget i de endelige finaler for 5- og 6-års heste er de 15 bedst placerede i finalestævnets kvalifikationsklasse. Startberettiget i den endelige finale for 7-års heste er de 10 bedst placerede i finalestævnets kvalifikationsklasse.

This collection for the auction taking place 20th September is with a lot of Elite qualities.
From watching the entire collection, it´s been very hard to selected the absolute top foals. Must say there´s not just this A-list from H2R, but had to bring the original H2R long list down to the foals here below.
Top price
11 - power girl, with lots of natural strength, lovely well muscled over the back, off the ground with all 4 legs. And just take a look at her outstanding dam - this must for sure be a future top star. And from H2R point of view a true "collecters choice".
4 - This boy shows a big imprint from his sire, and makes him even more attractive with Vivaldi as damsire.
10 / Embryo - interesting way to present an embryo foal, with a very attractive sibling here at the video below.
"The Franklins"
In general they just brings something extra. Expression, suppleness, power, superb confirmation and uphill frame.
36 - Fürstenball filly with power, suppleness and expression.
38 - might not be the most spectacular freedom of the shoulders, but the total package looks outstanding. Superb expressive model, very supple and clear rhythm with lovely uphill frame.
50 - Grand Prix is just "printed" all over.

OLD licensed Danish Warmblood stallion Atterupgaards Botticelli is sold to Helgstrand Dressage

The talented and very well moving young 5 year old stallion by Benetton Dream / Caprimond / Donnerhall, which was part of the Danish Warmblood representative at World Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo this year is now partly sold to Helgstrand Dressage.
Atterupgaards Botticelli is ridden and educated by Selina Solberg Vittinghus.
Stud Atterupgaard remains co-owner and the Helgstrand team will take over the futher education.
HANN has started their 2017 stallion selection yesterday
A little less than 400 young stallions are getting ready for the HANN stallion selection, which takes place from 5th September to 14th September.
The selection has started yesterday with stations at Döhlbergen, Hepstedt and Dorum. At total list of 41 for the first day, where only 9 stallions were selected.

Therese Nilshagen är en idag ovanlig ryttare på många sätt. Hon är elitryttaren som började sin ridkarriär på en svensk ridskola och ännu aldrig har ägt en egen häst.
Therese Nilshagen har bevisat att det går att lyckas i sporten utan att ha ekonomiska resurser med sig från början. Med en stark drivkraft och hårt arbete är det fortfarande möjligt – det är Therese Nilshagen bevis på. Therese Nilshagen följer en tradition av ryttare som tidigt kavlade upp ärmarna och skottade ur diket såsom Rolf-Göran Bengtsson, Jan Brink och hennes lagkamrat Patrik Kittel.
Hon är idag rankad 27:e bästa ryttare i världen på 10-årige Dante Weltino OLD, som hon själv utbildat sedan han var 5 år. Vid sin mästerskapsdebut i Sverige på EM i Göteborg satte Therese Nilshagen tre ritter med personbästa och lyfte fram Sverige till en bronsplats. Individuellt tog hon en fjärdeplats i Grand Prix Special och blev därmed bästa svensk.
Therese Nilshagen är en stor inspirationskälla för många ungdomar som kämpar i en allt mer kostnadskrävande materialsport – utan en bra häst är ingenting möjligt.
Vi vill därför hylla Therese Nilshagen, och samtidigt även lyfta fram svensk avel, genom att organisera en insamling där pengarna är öronmärkta för Therese att köpa ett SWB-föl vid årets elitfölauktion den 6 oktober på Flyinge.
Therese Nilshagen kommer närvara personligen för att välja ut och ropa in ett föl och vi hoppas på ditt stöd för att förena svensk elitdressyr och svensk avel.

3 x 10 for Eva Möller and Eternity - (3 yr old geldings and mares)
Extraordinary 3 yr old gelding Eternity by Escolar / Sir Donnerhall I with Eva Möller in the saddle, owned by Helgstrand Dressage.
Top light footed and expressive with lots of freedom and a very clear 10 for both trot and canter, and also a clear 10 from one of the testriders at today´s final.
At the subsequent interview by Clipmyhorse Eva Möller was asked about the ongoing debate about testriding of the 3 year old horses. From Eva Möllers point of view this part is too much asking the just 3 year old horses, also being tested by two different riders after already shown by own rider twice.
