Today Blue Hors riders showed some of their stallions live for the online audience, and additionally a few offsprings were presented, and here two young foals by Blue Hors Monte Carlo really stood out (enjoy video below).

It all started with successful jumping stallions for Gertjan van Olst as later on brought him to Denmark where he met Anne. Together they’ve developed a very successful business in not just dressage breeding, but also counting some of the most successful dressage stallions competing at international top level.
The filosofi of bringing breeding and top sport together has been a clear line over the years for Gertjan and Anne van Olst, and your not in doubt about their knowledge and passion for the horses when watching “The Story of Van Olst Horses”.
With their “in-house” British top rider Charlotte Fry and ex. their cooperation with Spanish International rider Severo Jurado Lopez, the goals for Van Olst Horses are obvious also to be part of the international top sport.

Region 4 i Dansk Varmblod har nu afholdt ialt tre webinar møder om AVL i Dansk Varmblod.
Hvis du ikke nåede med de tre aftener, har du nu muligheden for at fange op på en masse god avler nørderi. Super flot arbejde med overskuelige forklaringer, fin gennemgang af de forskellige muligheder og stadier, helt fra starten med overvejelser når man vil starte op som avler, over DV´s historie til fremstilling til kåring, selvfølgelig med mange afstikkere og deltaljer under vejs.
Næste forhåbentlig LIVE arrangement i region 4 regi vil være “Avler café” - følg med via regionens Facebook side her.

18 dressage candidates for the up-coming Oldenburger Elite Online Auction - start Wednesday 7 April at 6 pm
H2R favorite top price for the upcoming online Elite auction is no 30 by Grey Flanell.
The 4 year old mare shows herself with nice supple trot with active hindlegs, good canter and good walk.
The auction runs from Wednesday 7th April at 6 pm to Saturday 10th April at 6 pm.
Former Platinum Stables in the Netherlands sold to VIX Equestrian
Moving business from Spain to The Netherland
International Grand Prix dressage rider, Joanna Robinson expands horizons as together with husband Gavin Robinson they take over the former Platinum Stable, in Riel, The Netherlands.
The family Robinson already established a rehabilitation and dressage stable “VIX Equestrian” in Spain and is now looking to be closer to the “mecca” of the equestrian world. Spain will not be forgotten as Joanna looks to bring a bunch of quality Iberian horses to the Netherlands.
Top training facilities for riders
Along her own dressage career Joanna wishes to focus more on the entrepreneurial side. In the newly acquired premises, VIX Equestrian will in the future offer exclusive dressage training for riders of all levels on highly educated Iberian horses.
A whole package for the keen equestrians is being set up, with pilates studio and equestrian boutique on site. “We are thrilled to be launching this new concept for riders. We look forward to offer special experiences in these lovely surroundings.”Joanna Robinson, owner of VIX Equestrian.

We really wished that we were able to welcome you all to a physical open house, however once again, corona is in the way for our plans. Instead, we have planned an enormous ONLINE open house, since we had plenty of exciting things on the programme as well as some great prizes!
Since we recently had our online stallion presentation, we wish to demonstrate the stallions in quite another angle: By showing you some of our upcoming offspring from some of our great stallions.
Moreover, you will get on a tour around our different venues, both in Germany and USA.
And finally you will also take part in an exciting talk at Helgstrand Youngsters, where Stable Manager Peter Kofoed and Head of Purchasing Esben Møller takes you into the universe of the young horses - they will enlighten you about the process our foals go through, how we ensure a solid and healthy development as well as some selection criteria along the way.

Dutch selection schedule and criteria for World Championships Young Horses in Verden 2021
25 - 29 August 2021 WBFSH World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses takes place in Verden.
For the Dutch candidates the selection schedule and criteria is already available.
Agreement between Dutch national federation and KWPN has been made and KWPN will be responsible for the selection for WCYH. All Dutch breeding associations under WBFSH will be able to present candidates for WCYH.
Selection dates:
20 and 27 April - observation tests. 30 best horses per year will be invited for first selection.
19 and 20 May - first observation. 20 best horses will be invited for 2nd selection.
21 and 22 June - second observation. 12 best horses will be invited for the final selection.
19 and 20 July - final selection. Including wildcards and announcement of selected combination.
3 August - final training sessions and reserve combinations will be announced.
Additionally two optional training sessions will be held before the championships.

Atterupgaards Botticelli by Benetton Dream / Caprimond bred by Stud Atterupgaard and Zhaplin Langholt by Glock´s Zonik / Stedinger bred by Bente Graasbøll and Ole Magnus Jensen were both doing their first Prix Sct. Georg this weekend at Wellington, Florida with their owner and rider Charlotte Jorst.
Yesterday Charlotte Jorst won together with Botticelli with 71,764% and today Jorst took the convincing victory together with Zhaplin Langholt with impressive 75,735%.
New date: Oldenburg saddle licensing - 19 April
New date for the 10th Oldenburg saddle licensing: On Monday, April 19 from 1:00 p.m., the stallions of the Oldenburg saddle licensing begin with the inspection on hard ground and then complete a saddle test under their own rider as well as an external rider. The results of the licensing inspections and the selection of the Champion Stallion will be announced in the walking ring.
The saddle licensing will be broadcast live on the Oldenburg homepage.
The stallions can be tried out on Tuesday, April 20. The stallions offered for sale can then be bought in the Online Auction until Wednesday, April 21. The collection of candidates for the Oldenburg saddle licensing will follow at the beginning of April on our homepage www.oldenburger-pferde.com.
The top horses of the 94th Spring Elite Auction already present themselves with photos, videos and in portrait in the auction area of the Oldenburg homepage www.oldenburger-pferde.com. The Online Auction starts on Wednesday, April 7 and ends on Saturday, April 10. The auction will be broadcast worldwide via the Oldenburg homepage.
