Small summary from Sunday´s competitions at Blue Hors Dressur Festival

Julianelyst pro rider Dennis Fisker winner of MA2 small tour

Small tour MA2 victory for Dennis Fisker (Denmarks new jr/yr team coach) with 11 year old Rosenstolz by Rospon / De Niro with 71,491%. Rosenstolz owned by malaysian Quzandria Nur, and recently successful at Southeast Asian Games winning both team gold and individual gold, and trained by Dennis Fisker from Julianelyst in Denmark. As Quzandria now expecting her first child Dennis Fisker has taken over the further education and showed Rosenstolz with two victories this weekend at Blue Hors Dressur Festival.

Rosenstolz looks like a very exciting horse with lovely balance and expression for the trot tour, and shown with good contact all the way. The walk becomes a bit tense. Superb canter tour with very nice series and lovely sit and balance for the pirouettes, eventhough Dennis seems to get into the pirouettes in quite a high tempo, it does not affect the quality of the pirouette. Only small issue was a small canter for the shoulder in at right.

Young Rider Pernille Pilborg and Hoelgaards Armani was place 2nd today. They have just ended their Young Rider year, where they were part of the team at the Europeans in Roosendaal, and are now working towards U25 level.

Placed 5th today was pro rider Mette Svare Ehlers with Zacksusme. A lovely light test in a good frame with an overall easy picture, but unfortunately with an error for the 1st canter pirouette. Some disagreement from the judges placed 5 - 10 - 3!

Success combination Quarton and Anna Kasprzak continues their winning streak

Today´s final was an Intermediaire I freestyle, and Kasprzak and Q (Quartons stable name) were showing an expressive and powerful test. Today Anna was just asking and Q looked as if he was just waiting for the question. Super obedient and with high quality - well deserved winners. Before the final Anna got a bit ahead of the music and made just a small volte before continuing for the final halt where the music stops.

2nd today was Nanna Merrald with Gørklintgårds Quaterboy also with same bloodlines as Quarton, with Quaterback as sire and Don Schufro as damsire. Super sharp test with lot of power and lovely balance troughout the test. Huge changes and superb quality.

3rd became Daniel Bachmann with Blue Hors Veneziano. Supple test but with some smaller issues.

For sure this top 3 will be horses for future big sport.

Seen from the "sideline" the difference between Anna and 2nd placed Daniel Bachmann with Blue Hors Zepter was not as big as nearly 3%, while Anna had some difficulties especially at the end of the test to get the music to fit into the test and it became some kind of "messy". Technical wise the piaffe becomes a bit too much forward today. They finished with 79,042%.

Daniel Bachmann and his young Blue Hors Zepter showed a good test, but still with some small insecurities, but much more settled for the piaffe / passage tours as we saw them lately in Herning. Exciting couple to follow for the upcoming season. Result 76,292%.
