Two weeks earlier
The KWPN Stallion Show will take place earlier than usual this year. Traditionally held during the first weekend of February, the world's largest stallion selection event has been moved to 20–23 January 2027 due to Carnival and Jumping Amsterdam.
Breeding, sport and entertainment
The KWPN Stallion Show brings together breeders and horse enthusiasts from the Netherlands and abroad to celebrate the stallions that will help shape the future of breeding. In addition to the second viewing and the premium selection of the most promising young stallions, visitors can enjoy presentations of the youngest generation of approved stallions, the Stallion Competitions and a varied programme of shows.
Traditionally, Wednesday and Thursday are dedicated to jumping stallions, followed by dressage and Gelder stallions on Friday and Saturday. Harness horse stallions will also take centre stage on Saturday.
