Sille Engermann og Darius i en liga helt for sig selv i dagens CDIU25 Grand Prix kür

Det var en ren fornøjelse, hvor man næsten sad helt ude på kanten af stolen for at følge med da Sille Engermann og Darius dansede sig til en overbevisende 77% kür sejr. 

Super godt musik valg med Queen tema hele vejen igennem küren. Starter ud med passage traversader til trav traversader, gode piaffe og passage ture, flotte serier - også på buet stor. Parret slutter af admidten med en skarp række ettere inden afslutningsparaden.

Der var både langt på pointtavlen og i virkeligheden fra Sille og ned til de øvrige konkurrenter. Super god kontakt hele vejen og flot form. 

Top 3 var klart i toppen og set fra i dag også de ekvipager som man internationalt kunne forestille sig til et U25 mesterskab. 

For resten af klassen var der tekniske udfordringer og desværre for mange hvor kontakten og den åbne mund overskyggede ridningen.

Danskerne dominerede toppen af Intermediaire I

Fra i går til i dag havde Anna allerede fundet meget mere ind til "speederen" hos Quarton, og det gav en super flydende flydende trav tur også. God skridt. Galopturen er i god kvalitet og super flotte serier. Parret leverer en teknisk korrekt tur. Det tegner til et super spændende samarbejde.

Cathrine Dufour og Bohemian viste igen en flot tur og slutter som nr. 2 - se ekvipagens ridt her.  

Placeret som nr. 3 er Allan Grøn med Blue Hors Zatchmo og de bevarer den gode stil fra Prix Sct. Georg klassen.

Betina Jæger og Carlton Hill VDL viser en udtryksfuld tur med skønt sving og balance i trav turen. Lidt spændt samlet skridt og super god fri skridt. God galop tur, men mangler lidt mere styrke til galoppirouetterne. 

Super Mario og Marianne Helgstrand viser to stabile og udtryksfulde ture, hvor dagens Intermediare I er med masser af power i traven, lidt stor i den samlede skridt og super fri skridt. Rigtig god galop tur, men med en lille spænding i 3´er serien. En flot international debut for ekivpagen.

Cathrine Dufour og Bohemian vinder deres internationale Prix Sct. Georg debut i dag i Uggerhalne

Super veltimet debut tur fra Dufour med hendes blot 7-årige Bohemian e. Bordeaux / Samarant gjorde en super figur hele vejen. Eneste lille men undervejs er i slutningen af den første frie trav hvor Bohemian uheldigt træder op på hegnet, men herfra ingen uoverensstemmelser. Resultattavlen viser 73,868%, og der er stadig plads til forbedringer under vejs med lidt mere afspændthed i galopturen. Flot lukket form, dejlig let kontakt og flot lukket skummende mund. Desværre bliver der ikke gensyn med ekvipagen i hverken Nürnberger Burg-Pokal eller udtagelse til Ermelo for Tyskland, da Cathrines fokus for sommeren naturligvis ligger på Atterupgaards Cassidy og det kommende EM i Göteborg.

Nr. 2 bliver Allan Grøn med Blue Hors Zatchmo. Ekvipagen leverer en fejlfri tur og hvor der er rigtig fin balance og harmoni. Selvom Zatchmo ikke bevæger sig spektakulært, så er det et flot samlet og korrekt udtryk. Parret slutter med 72,184%, og kommer flot tilbage fra deres ærgerlige exit i Hagen, hvor Zatchmo desværre blev spændt og bed sig selv.

Nr. 3 er en vaskeægte debutant. Anna Kasprzak og Quarton er helt ny ekvipage. Den 8-årige vallak er jo som bekendt helt ny sammen med Anna. Billedet af ekvipagen er super harmonisk. Quarton går med dejlig power og hvert trin med super skarpe bagben. Momentvis en smule ubalanceret i traven, da det lige nu naturligt nok ser ud som om det kniber lidt helt med afstemningen af poweren. God skridt tur og super kvalitet i galoppen, hvor de skarpe bagben giver super flot kvalitet i pirouetter og serier.

Canadian Diane Creech and Chrevi´s Christo has already arrived together with some of the other combinations preparing for Equitour Aalborg.

And from a very special connection between Danish breeder Vivian Havbæk Thomasen and 14 yr old Danish Warmblood gelding Chrevi´s Christo by Chrevi´s Cavallo / Matador, Diane Creech tells:

"It was wonderful to see our danish boy reconnect with his breeder family! He couldn´t stop kissing and licking them. And it was so nice to see the smiles on the family's face. I am so grateful, that Mrs. Louise Leatherdale made this possible to happen. Mrs. Leatherdale is such a great supporter of the sport, loves her horses so much, and is happy to give the horse the time to develop. I think Chrevis Christo is a very lucky boy growing up with such loving breeders and being bought by such a wonderful caring owner, who loves the sport and the horse alike." 

Equitour amazing with incredible facilities

"Being here at Equitour is nothing short than amazing. We were received with open arms and Mr. Per Jensen is taking so good care of us with all the details. Everybody is working very hard to make this event an unforgettable one. The Helgstrand facility is incredible and just perfect to be having a show like this. I am sure, all the riders and spectators will have a great time and see some great sport."

World Class stallion For Emotion another new future hope for Danish Anna Kasprzak (video)

The outstanding mover 4 yr old stallion For Emotion by Foundation / Sandro Hit is now also purchased by Danish Olympic rider Anna Kasprzak.

"My mother and I have been watching For Emotion for a long time. He is the perfect stallion for the sport, he is incredibly supple, balanced, and at the top I already feel he is a dream to ride. I have therefore also chosen to use him for two of our own mares this year, and I am already looking forward seeing his first offsprings," says Anna.

"I´m looking forward to have For Emotion home at the stables in Haderslev, but For Emotion stays at Helgstrand Dressage this season, where he will still be available for the breeders. When the breeding season has finished, I look forward having him home, and I hope I will be able to start him at the 4-year-old championship this year. For the next breeding season he will als be available if there the breeders wants to use him,"concludes Anna.

Super mare Chilly Jam and Aikje Fehl ready for Nürnberger Burg-Pokal final

In general high quality for today´s final qualifier

Yesterday´s WOW horse and easy riding from H2R point of view was for sure the 7 yr old mare Chilly Jam by Romanov / Compliment ridden by Aikje Fehl. And they really managed to bring yesterday´s wow into the entire test today, just with a small error by 3 times with a single 4 times along. This mare bring the whole package - lovely expression, supple mover in all 3 gaits, lovely natural frame with a light contact and very well balanced and quiet in the saddle riding from Aikje Fehl. This is a top combination for the future, and for sure with the high quality for Nürnberger Burg-Pokal final. Score 75,610%.

Eventhough Anabel Balkenhol and Crystal Friendship looked very sharp at yesterday´s qualifier, they did not manage to bring the same strength for today´s test. Bit unbalanced for canter pirouettes, looked a bit like the strength from yesterday failed a bit today. Yesterday with superb series, while the 4 times today were with an error. No doubt this combination will be at the final, just not from the weekend. Placed no 3 today.

Benjamin Werndl showed the 8-yr old Famoso by Farewell III / Welt Hit II. Lovely mover and easy of the ground, nice frame and obedient all the way. A real future horse. Placed no 4 today.

8 yr old Fasine OLD by Fürst Romancier / Sir Donnerhall is now ridden by Rudolf Widmann (former rider Isabel Freese). Fasine became champion at Oldenburg Elite Mare show in 2012 and Bundeschampion as 6-year old. She was sold at PSI auction in 2015 for 1,3 million euros to Dietrich von Boetticher. At this weekends Nürnberger qualifier the mare showed good trot work, bit hurried extensions, good walk, and in general lack of strength for the canter work, which becomes a bit flat and lacking more correct collection. Placed no 10 today.

Victory for Faurie and Lollipop in today´s Grand Prix Special with 74,843%

Solid test with good qualities along the way, bit of tensions for the piaffe tours, but supple easy look for the rest of the test. Well deserved victory, and an important closer steps towards the british team for the Europeans, which at moment looks like safe spots for Carl Hester and Spencer Wilton, and with more combinations for the other team spots.

Right now Gareth Hughes with Classic Briolinca or Don Carissimo, Hayley Watson-Greaves with Rubins Nite, Richard Davison with Bubblingh and now Emile Faurie with Lollipop looks like the strongest cards. 

4th became Fabienne Lütkemeier with her just 10-yr-old Fabregaz. Also today missing a bit of the former natural go, and with some smaller issue for the piaffe tours. Looks a bit like the very tense atmosphere made the young Fabregaz a bit hind the aides.

Isabell Werth solid in top of today´s CDI5 Grand Prix at Munich

Score board might tell that Dorothee Schneider with Sammy Davies jr. were quite close to Werth, but from the sideline, Werth was ones again massive in her own league - this time with Don Johnson. Victory with 78,900%, which Dorothee scores 76,600% and Hubertus Schmidt with Imperio 3rd with 74,200%.

The window is very open now

Without Desperados and Showtime for Germany there are obvious two "free" spots for the up-coming European Championships in Göteborg this summer, and of course the performances counts every time, and even more for the combinations just outside the team. 

Strong test from Bernadette Brune with Spirit of the Age. Bernadette taking calculated risks and all the way with Spirit playing along. 

Renata Vogelsang and Royal Happiness are showing real nice qualities together, unfortunately the piaffe tours are still lacking more security and Royal Happiness does not really play along, and of course this affects both the piaffe and the transitions. Today also with an error by two times series. All other parts looks quite easy and effortless.

Ingen Sezuan og Dorothee Schneider til start i München denne weekend

Selvom Sezuan har været på deltagerlisten til weekenden Nürnberger Burg-Pokal kvalifikation i München kommer han ikke til start alligevel. I en meddelelse fra ejerne Frau Jasper-Kohl og professor Edwin Kohl lyder det at grundet hans travle job i avlen, har de valgt at han ikke skal starte mere i år, og i stedet koncenteres den fremtidige træning frem mod Grand Prix sporten. 

No Sezuan and Dorothee Schneider at start this weekend in Munich

Eventhough Sezuan was the the entrylist for this weekends Nürnberger Burg-Pokal qualifier in Munich he will not be at start. A statement from the owner Frau Jasper-Kohl and professor Edwin Kohl says that because of Sezuan´s very busy job as a breeding stallion, they have chosen not to try to qualify him this year, and instead his training with Dorothee Schneider will be concentrated for the future Grand Prix sport.
