Development from promising foal to talented dressage horse

When the buyers purchase their future star at an elite foal auction it is of course with knowledge about the bloodlines, watching video presentation, and not least the final presentation during the auction where they make their final decision. And then comes about two years of watching and waiting before you actually get to see the real value of the purchase.

For the 2017 premier edition of the exclusive foal auction Nordic International Sales, some of the foals has lately been in the “spotlight” as ex. both Stenagers Ben Hur and Agedrupgaards Reniro has been selected for Danish Warmblood stallion licensing.

Stenagers Ben Hur by Borsalino/Florenciano bred by May-Britt and Bjarne Christensen, owned by Stutteri Teglovnen v/Per Færch Thomsen.

Agedrupgaards Reniro by Revolution/De Niro bred by Louise Lynge og Simon Lorenzen, owned by Gestüt Pallerhaff, v/Jens Thorsen, LUX.

Here below 2nd most expensive foal in 2017 Tophøjs Ferrari (by Floriscount/Tailormade Temptation) bred Anette Nilausen and Niels-Jørgen Johansen, purchased at the auction by Norwegian international rider Cathrine Rasmussen, now showing his first very promising steps as a talented dressage horse.
