More combinations lacking CDI4 qualities for today´s Grand Prix at Fritzens-Schindlhof (video)

One of Europes most beautiful events - without any doubt the home of family Haim-Swarovski hosting this weekends CDI4 competition in Austria.

20 combinations were ready for the Grand Prix with qualifier for Grand Prix Special.

Irish Vancouver K and Judy Reynolds won with 75,580%, 3% ahead of Fohlenhof´s Rock´n Rose with Dorothee Schneider.

From H2R point of view Vancouver K and Judy Reynolds seems to be rewarded for the often very tense short frame, hurried trot tour and very obvious tensions for the piaffe tours.

At the same time Dorothee Schneider showing her horse in a superb supple frame alle the way, todays best extended trot tours, a bit limited amount of piaffe steps and a bit unbalanced rhythm for the walk tour. Small canter into the last extended trot, but Dorothee has the "situation" under control immediately.

Victoria Max-Theurer and her mare Blind Date seems to have made an agreement saying "you might wish for more, but I know exactly what I want to give you" from Blind Date´s point of view, and still showing a test without any technical issues.

Fabregaz and Fabienne Lütkemeier is also showing an error free test, but at the moment the piaffe tours are not getting along as smooth as we have seen them before.

By the not placed (final half of the class) most of the combinations were struggling with a lot of technical issues, lack of balance, lack of clear rhythm for the gaits, and lack of harmony.
